Poise Gymnastics is a British Gymnastics affiliated club that launched in April 2023. We are a family run company with over 15 years experience working in independent clubs and schools.

We both hold the following: Positive Coaching Certified, Anti Doping Certified, Safeguarding Certificates and Enhanced DBS.
Our beliefs and aims
We believe all children should have the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a fun and familiar environment, by bringing gymnastics to schools. We aim to encourage more children to become active through participating in a sport we are both very passionate about.
We focus on delivering fun, structured and progressive sessions where your child will be supported to develop and improve their confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination and self-esteem.
